What ways can I pay for this art?

We use an encrypted SSL shopping cart backed by eBay's PayPal card "swipe" verification system. This allows you to pay by credit or debit card and it takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We consider them to be the safest and most widely used on the internet. When will the Art be mailed?

90% of our orders are mailed within 3 days If you signed up for an account with us, you can check your order status anytime. To best guage when to expect your art, please read below about if item number(s) shown on our Stocked Art Page.

1) Non-Framed Items that ARE shown on our Stocked List- You should see an "order complete" status on your account within 1-3 business days when item(s) are shipped. If not, then although we keep 3-4 months worth on hand, sometimes a large request has cleaned us out. However stocked items stay on order and so the wait is rarely over 2 weeks. If you ordered several items and paid for Rush shipping or we believe the wait may be longer than normal, we will mail your in-stock items and show "partially shipped" status. If you did not pay Rush or are outside of the USA, we will wait for the delayed art to arrive and mail them all together. Contact us if its been over 2 weeks.

2) Framed items- If your framed item IS shown on our stocked page, then expect it to be shipped within 7 business days, either from us or direct from the supplier. On directs, the "order complete" status may vary from date shipped. If not on list, then it is from a slower supplier and is normally received within 2 weeks but a rare few can take up to 4-6 weeks. We are not notified when directs ship so do expect the art to arrive unannounced, usually by FedEx or UPS. Contact us if its been over 4 weeks.

3) Large prints or canvas costing over $50- Same as above

4) Other items NOT shown on our Stocked List- These "Special Order" items are either rarely ordered or "made to order" (like many vintage prints). Your item(s) will be grouped with our next order to that supplier. The time factors here are- when we last ordered from them vs your order date and their order minimums & speed, which varies among our 60+ suppliers. The average wait is 3-4 weeks. If you ordered several items and are inside the USA, we ship the stocked ones and show "partially shipped" on account. Contact us if its been over 4 weeks.

Please know we carry some rare old images that are slow to get! If you have concerns about any delivery times, please Contact us so we can then speak to your exact item's situation. We are glad to suggest other choices or cancel any items that cannot meet your delivery needs.

If item out of stock, when is my card billed?

There was a recent law passed where vendors are not allowed to keep your credit card number on file except under very special conditions. Due to this you are billed when you order, not when shipped. We have up to 2 months to make any credit adjustments so this is not a problem if the order needs to change or cancel. It is usually only large online companies (such as Walmart or Amazon etc) who may still be billing when shipped instead of when ordered.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Some rare images are very slow to get. See above for expected delivery times by art type. You may cancel for full credit any out of stock item that is under $50 AND shown as normally Stocked EXCEPT for Framed! Non-stocked unframed items under $50 are "special ordered" and credits for these will depend on the situation. ALL framed and any other "Special Art" costing over $50 are "made to order" or shipped direct from publisher and so are usually un-refundable (unless defective) if you request to cancel after we process your order. I need my Order shipped ASAP!

For "Rush" orders, first check for your item number on our "Art in Stock" page. If you find it there, we should have it ready to mail or if unexpectedly sold out, would be expecting a shipment very shortly. Do check Question #2 above for great delivery time info by type of art ordered. You also may want to choose "Rush" shipping for only $2.50 more to have it sent by Priority Mail or FedEx depending on the value. If you MUST have the art by a close deadline please contact us to verify stock on hand. We will do our best to have your art arrive in time.

Is there a discount for large quantities?

We are often approached by churches, bookstores and individuals with this question. We are GLAD to help ALL spread the light of our Lord! We offer "fund raiser" programs and discounts for most of our art in quantities of 10 or more. Just email us the item numbers & quantities you need and we will see what we can do. Our discount varies widely by supplier so the amount of discount really depends on which items you request. See Fundraiser/Bulk Buys for more info.

What is your return policy?

We have very few returns as we offer such a wide selection of images of our Lord direct from the artists and/or copyright publishers, most in many different sizes, styles & qualities to fit all budgets. We do understand the concern of first time shoppers with us and so want to answer this for you. If you have any questions on the info below contact us.

1) If any art is received damaged or defective- See our page on Problems

2) If the art item cost under $50 and is not what you expected-
You are welcome to return any art item(s) costing under $50 if you are not satisfied and notify us within 1 week. We will always credit back to you the cost of any such item if it is sent back in the condition received. We have had a few rare cases where folks have removed the images from the packaging or matting seemingly to scan them (this is illegal) and then returned them for credit? Items that have been treated this way or show other signs of being "used" will not be credited.

2) If the art item cost over $50 and is not what you expected-
PLEASE email us before ordering any item costing over $50 with any concerns you have as many in this price range are "made to order" items and not returnable unless defective. All defective items are covered for us by the creating publisher and so we will arrange with them for its return and a replacement or credit. On those that are not "made to order" (see Stocked Art or just call & ask), you are welcome to return the art for credit under the same conditions as stated for the items costing under $50 above.

3) Shipping Charges- We will credit the shipping & item cost or replace free any art received damaged or defective sent within the USA and also cover the return shipping of these damaged or defective art items to us if as normally required. You must notify us within 1 week, save the packaging, and follow our instructions on how to return this type art. We do not credit nor will be responsible for any shipping costs or damages incured if you choose to return by a different carrier or method than what we advise, nor for any associated with any art returned for other reasons.
